Sometimes you need an outsider to take a look at your installed computer base and all your additional devices to see if you can save some money or save some time by using them differently. I'm not saying that your current in-house expert doesn't know what's going on....I'm just saying that sometimes people get so busy with the day to day operations that they lose site of the big picture! That's where I can help a business owner sort through the hype, and lay out a step by step plan for the future.

Improve Communications

Many basic office routines such as Web site maintenance and email review/management are very time consuming and it is often impossible to find someone 'in house' who has the time to teach you these routines. For this reason I now offer my clients temporary and ongoing support.
For instance, I maintain weekly email newsletters and answer emails for clients' on vacation. I also write press releases and create email announcements. For added security, I create back-ups of critical email and Web site data onto CDs or USB memory sticks.

Improve Workflow

Most people have the ingredients for a good office set-up. They simply lack the time or patience to complete the last 25% ...the 25% effort and adjustment that will make all the difference!!
In order to help people get organized I have sorted out and filed all the loose paper on the top of a workspace; built custom shelving; installed keyboard trays; and even used plastic crates to improve home office capacity. I can help you 'clear the decks' so you can focus on your computer skills and basic office procedures by getting out from under a pile of last weeks' work!

Productivity Training

Many people know how to use computers to accomplish simple tasks but they feel "there must be an easier way! Over the years I have learned many 'tricks and tips' that make computer time more fun, efficient and productive and I look forward to sharing them with you!
